What does a day in your work life look like?
The partner success team wears a lot of hats. We handle partner inquiries, whether it is processing orders or developing solutions for them. We also collaborate with a lot of internal teams, assisting accounting with invoicing, working with our warehouse on our Advanced Configuration Services, and assisting our sales team with their administrative tasks.
What do you love about your job?
I love working with my team. We have a dynamic, collaborative approach, always willing to jump in and help each other out. It is inspiring for me to see how we all come together to create solutions for our partners.
FrontierUS places a big emphasis on community engagement. What volunteer opportunity has been the most meaningful to you?
I love working down at the National Cherry Festival for the various non-profits we sponsor. It is a great way to engage with our local community and those that are visiting.
What’s something about you people might not know?
Writing fiction has been a lifelong passion of mine. I have a few short stories floating around the internet and currently have a sci-fi novel in the hands of an editor that hopefully will be getting published next year.
Where is your favorite destination that you’ve visited, and why?
Guatavita, Colombia. It’s an absolutely gorgeous little town in the mountains with a beautiful lake. The original city was flooded in the early 1900s, submerging the entire city. They rebuilt on the surrounding hills using the colonial style of architecture. When the water is low, you can actually see the ruins of the original city. It feels like you are stepping into the past since everything looks so new.
